Teraa Surroor starts off with a broad daylight murder of two individuals, which is followed by the 'spot arrest' of Tara Wadia Brownson (Farah Karimaee) in a drugs case in Dublin. This is followed by a flashback of events that establishes Tara's past with her present and the circumstances under which she was arrested.Tara Wadia (Farah Karimaee), a singer and girlfriend of a gangster Raghu (Reshammiya) lives with her mother (Shernaz Patel).

One-day Raghu confessed before Tara that he had spent a night with a prostitute unintentionally. Disappointedly Tara broke up with him and decided to leave him. She goes to Dublin where she gets detained after being caught with drugs. Tara calls Raghu for help. Now Raghu must help her and find Anirudh Brahman, the stranger who met Tara on Facebook and invited her to Ireland.

Raghu hired a lawyer to rescue Tara; at least tried to get bail but was refused by the judiciary. Then he makes plans to get Tara out of jail. He came to know about the Robin"Bird" Dhramraj Santino, who has vast experience of fleeing from jails. Raghu consults with him. Robin says that he would charge him 20 mins each to help him and Raghu agrees. Robin briefed him all plan and the procedures that he must get his girl out of the jail just within 20 minutes before the entire city would lock down by an automatic system.

How Raghu performs the plan is the rest of the story. After a successful escape, he then found the core culprit behind all this crime and he was shocked that it was turned out to be Haider the close friend of Tara as he wanted to trap Raghu as revenge. Raghu kills him and reunites with his love of his life Tara
