A biopic, deep connection with Indians and Pakistan.  It is written and directed extremely well because if not, it would have created chaos with reopening of several wounds. Let's not talk about it.

Coming to the movie, Rajkumar Rao will definitely give you visual orgasm with his superb acting skills. It was definitely a challenge for the cinematographer of the movie, but they have got some brave shots to make this movie award winning.  All the characters were supporting the plot in a good way. Moreover, it would be a disappointment for pseudo nationalist, if they were seeking revenge via this movie.

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta, who is known for making films with emotional depth like 'Shahid', 'City Lights' and 'Aligarh', has undoubtedly found an interesting subject that can make for a compelling story. Mehta keeps ‘Omerta’ realistic by including documentary-style footage, but the scope of the film is relegated to just that – watching bone-chilling crimes without much of an emotional connection. His latest is like a three-act play; each act elaborates upon one of Omar’s terrorist missions to accomplish his nefarious goals. The film is gripping, not because of the narrative, but because you are keen to know more about its protagonist.
