Imaan Singh a.k.a. Immu (Ranveer Kumar) has taken over his grandfather’s business called Baaraat Company. Though it might sound simple and a mere wedding band business, it is not. They take contracts and get people married , against their wishes if need be. The man Immu does not believe in love and has no consideration for anyone else’s love as well. His grandfather has made him promise that he would take his business to the height of success and never fall for anyone. But the chauvinistic lad does fall for an empowered woman (Sandeepa Dhar) who has been flown in to the city by her parents under false pretenses. The catch is he also gets her marriage contract.

Will he forget his love and fulfill his end of the deal?
