OMG! Ranveer and Aamir compared Amitabh with an 'animal'! Watch Video

When a great fan meets his most favorite superstar, well, the talk will get endless, right? A similar thing happened with the fan Ranveer Singh when he interviewed the ‘Dangal’ star, Aamir Khan. On the show, India Today Unforgettables, Aamir Khan revealed his zeal for acting and how it all started.

Ranveer welcomed Aamir in the interview session with a grand ‘maharaaja’ entry music which he sung by himself and Aamir was already impressed by his fine gesture. Ranveer revealed that the amount of homework he did for this interview, was far more than he did ever before.

The interview went candid in no time and Aamir became nostalgic while telling about his journey as an actor. He said, "All hell broke loose. Everybody said, 'No, how can you do this? You have to be a graduate. How can you stop your studies?' I said, 'I'm not stopping my studies, I'm starting my studies. I should learn about the field I want to be in and films are where I want to be.' That's all. I didn't listen to any one." These words touched Ranveer Singh.

Aamir recollected that the “acting keeda” was already reaping in his soul since his teenage. He continued, “I realized it at the age of 15 or 16, but it was always in me. When I was a kid, I used to love listening to stories. And a lot of directors and writers would come to pitch scripts to my dad and my uncle. I would sit in a corner and listen to those stories. So, I must've heard hundreds of stories of different writers and directors who come and pitch. Kabhi storyline hai, kabhi ek outline hai, kabhi ek fully developed script hai. Every Saturday and Sunday, I used to listen to stories and that was my first training ground of understanding scripts and stories.”

Ranveer Singh’s eyes popped-out with every word Aamir used to tell about his Bollywood journey. He also talked about his first role in ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ and how naïve he was during the casting. And, they both have a man crush on the legendary actor, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. Both of them equally admitted that Mr. Bachchan is the “King of the Jungle”.

With many more candid moments and laughter in the show, we really loved Ranveer’s honesty and Aamir’s experienced talks. Watch the video and be amazed by some insights shared by them.
