Bollywood has been rising and shining brightly around the world. Well, I am talking about their wax statues in many museums such as Madame Tussauds and Grevin Wax Museum. It is one of the most gracious ways of honouring celebrities and let’s admit, we all love to click pictures with their wax statues whoever goes to that museum. And very soon, Madame Tussauds will be coming to India as well.

Have a look at some of those famous B-town celebs whose wax statues were beautifully erected in various museums:

Amitabh Bachchan - He was the first Asian who got waxed at Madame Tussauds in the year 2000. He was nominated by his fans to get his wax statue done for him.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan - The first Bollywood female actor to come under Madame Tussauds was Aishwarya in 2004. Another wax statue was made in the New York museum, which was inspired by her look in the Cannes Film Festival.

Shahrukh Khan - The Baadshah of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan’s wax statue was unveiled in 2007 and thereafter another statue was made for his film, ‘Fan’.

Salman Khan - Salman Khan’s strikingly similar statue was seen in 2008 when the People’s Magazine called him as the 7th best looking man in the world.

Hrithik Roshan - His Dhoom 2 look is unforgettable and Madame Tussauds made it last forever by making his Dhoom 2 statue in 2011. It looked absolutely amazing.

Kareena Kapoor Khan - Her ‘Jab We Met’ movie was a big hit and Madame Tussauds recreated her ‘Mauja Hi Mauja’ look in the form of a wax statue in 2011. Her statue got restyled in a new ‘Chammak Challo’ avatar.

Madhuri Dixit Nene - Madhuri’s statue was revealed in 2012 which looks as elegant as she really is.
