Looks that can't be missed this week

This week was filled with Diwali bashes in B-town. Around festivals Mumbai pretty much becomes the party central, and actors and actresses become models on the runway of Diwali bashes. These actors and actresses rule the clothing trends for any functions that come till the same thing gets repeated next year.

But, amidst this poetic chaos of glittery dresses and expensive jewellery, we want to make sure you don’t forget our casual, low glam looks, that are definitely something we would love to wear every day.

So, to keep in mind actresses who pulled off the everyday look, we have brought you the three best ones from this week.

Yellow is definitely a summer colour, but we love how Parineeti can still pull it off in fall.

Parineeti will soon be seen in Golmaal Again, that releases this week on Friday. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn in the lead and is directed by Rohit Shetty.

Deepika puts one the perfect look for when you have to go to your relatives, to give Diwali presents.

Deepika Padukone will be seen in Padmavati, playing the titular role. The movie also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.

This one is probably our favourite. Kangana might be busy with the controversy, but, this lady sure takes out time to dress up just right.

Definitely, styles that can be pulled off by you and us!

  • 2017 might have been a bad year for Bollywood, considering the bad movies, and the scarce Box Office collections that the movies made. Also, the controversies surrounding the movies this year, did them more harm than good. But, there are still a few movies from 2017, that we would watch again someday.
  • We have all heard struggle stories of our favourite celebrities, some have been waiters, and some might have been junior artists. But, too many have been backup dancers. From a field that has potentially more than a million people in it, these stars shone so brightly, that they became the cream of Bollywood. These stars started their journey with dancing behind superstars and are now working with them.
  • Bollywood is filled with people, who excel at acting. But other than acting and the storyline, there is another thing that makes our films blockbusters. Dancing! Bollywood movies are filled with dancers. Some dance like they have two left feet, but some, dance like there is no tomorrow. These are the dancers, we are paying a tribute to today.
  • Madame Tussauds is a gem in the age of modern museums, and the capital has become the lucky holder of this gem. Delhiites have become a part of the lucky few, who can now visit these lifelike celebrity wax statues. But, our favourite part is the amazing resemblance, and in some cases the disparity, of these wax figurines.
  • You fall in love and vow to spend the rest of your life with each other. Such is the beauty of a marriage. The end, however, is not always as beautiful. Blame it on fame, gorgeous looks or the fact that cupid's arrows strike again and again in the glamour world, but Bollywood couples have to face the ugly truth of infidelity, divorces, and break-ups ever so often.
  • In Bollywood, there was a time, when supporting actors did not receive the appreciation they do now. They were looked at as mere pawns to make the lead look good. But times have changed, and talented artists have taken these so called side roles, and evolved them into the backbone of the films. They are now taking the limelight, and sometimes even overshadow the leads.
