Woah! Badrinath Ki Dulhania scores half century at the box office!

Badrinath Ki Dulhania has made everyone dance to its tunes and since its release on Friday, it has literally been minting money like never before! Of course, Badrinath Ki Dulhania has given Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan a superb stance in Bollywood as one of the most bankable on-screen pair. Definitely, we would love to see them again and again!

Helmed by Shashank Khaitan, this movie is a sequel to ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ (2014) which was a box office hit, but ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is being loved by the audience more than that. On the day 5 itself, it has collected Rs. 62.28 Crore. Have a look at the day-wise box office breakup:

Friday (10th March) – Rs. 12.25 Cr.

Saturday (11th March) – Rs. 14.75 Cr.

Sunday (12th March) – Rs. 16.05 Cr.

Monday (13th March) – Rs. 12.08 Cr.

Tuesday (14th March) – Rs. 7.15 Cr.

Total  Rs. 62.28 Cr.

Surely, the superb opening and the extended “Holi” weekend has proved beneficial to the movie makers and the audience loved the rustic and “desi” entertainment! The movie is a complete family entertainment and has a social message which will definitely give you a food for thought. Definitely, the movie has become such a big hit in a short span because of Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s amazing chemistry; just so charming, right?
